These terms govern your use of MexicoEdibles culinary consulting and cultural gastronomy services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
Services and Scope
MexicoEdibles provides menu development, event catering consultation, and cultural gastronomy workshops that adapt Mexican-inspired flavors for the South African palate. All service descriptions on our site are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but specific menu items and availability may vary based on seasonality and ingredient sourcing. We reserve the right to modify service offerings with reasonable notice.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking consultations or events. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of South African food safety regulations.
Intellectual Property
All recipes, workshop materials, menu concepts, and branding — including the MexicoEdibles name and logo — are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. For event clients, we grant a limited license to use provided menu materials for the specific event only.
Limitation of Liability
MexicoEdibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions from menu items, event delays beyond our control, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Cancellation and Changes
Consultations and event bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds issued in such cases.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that harms our reputation or other users. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our materials and intellectual property.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
